Evaluation of Child's Progress
At Mili Play School, we believe in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Therefore, we evaluate each child's progress continuously using scientific and systematic methods. Instead of awarding ranks and marks, we focus on comprehensive assessments that provide a holistic view of a child's development. Our evaluation methods include continuous observation during activities to understand learning styles, strengths, and areas for improvement; using developmental checklists to ensure appropriate progress in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development; maintaining portfolios with samples of work, projects, and other achievements to track progress over time; and holding regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss the child's progress and provide feedback for supporting their learning journey both at school and at home. By using these methods, we ensure that each child's unique abilities and progress are recognized and nurtured, fostering a love for learning and personal growth without the pressure of traditional ranking and grading systems.

Mili Play School has come a long way since its inception in 2001. The journey over the past twenty-three years has been arduous, adventurous, and exciting. Managed and run by the Mili Educational Society (MES), a non-profit organization dedicated to the cause of education, Mili Play School has consistently achieved success, carving a niche of its own.
Mrs. S. Uma Rani, the Founder and Director of Mili Play School, has been the driving force behind its success since the beginning. Combining leadership, innovative skills, immense knowledge, and extensive experience in Early Childhood Education, she has created a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to the children's well-being have placed many of our past students on the path to academic success. She oversees strategic planning, curriculum development, and overall school management, ensuring that the school's mission and values are reflected in every aspect of its operation.

Principal: Our Principal oversees the daily operations and educational programs of the play school. With a strong background in early childhood education, they ensure a high-quality learning environment, support teachers, and engage with parents to foster a collaborative community focused on the best outcomes for every child.
